Established in 2015 by Tim McCann, the company has grown steadily. As a result, we have built a strong reputation for high-quality and practical safety training services.

Tim McCann, the owner and lead instructor, has over 15 years of experience in the safety sector. In addition, he brings valuable hands-on knowledge from his earlier career as a mechanic. During that time, he carried out servicing, repairs, electrical diagnostics, and testing. Therefore, he understands real workplace risks and challenges.

Furthermore, Tim has worked as a Safety Consultant for several companies. In this role, he supported businesses in improving safety standards and maintaining compliance. Consequently, he combines both practical and advisory experience when delivering safety training services.

Tim holds IOSH Managing Health & Safety certifications in both construction and commercial sectors. Moreover, he is a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. He also holds a Diploma in Training and Continuing Education from NUI Maynooth. Because of this, his training delivery is clear, structured, and engaging.

In addition, Tim is an accredited RTITB Forklift Instructor. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Safety, Health and Welfare at Work. Recently, he achieved his SLG CSCS Certification. As well as this, he is recognised as a competent assessed person. Therefore, clients can be confident in the quality of our safety training services.

ASA Safety Group is a certified ABA International training centre. In addition, we deliver Lantra Awards accredited courses. Our safety training services include Train the Trainer programmes. We also offer a wide range of in-house and industry-recognised safety courses.
