The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to work safely at height and use
of fall arrest equipment.
On completion of this course, participants will be able to:
• Outline main Irish working at height legislation.
• Describe working conditions where fall protection is required.
• Fit and remove a full body harness.
• Inspect personal fall arrest system before and after use.
• Inspect Ladders before and after use.
